  • Provides access to the Job Details and information

 

Edit

  • Job Details and information can be edited and saved utilising the Edit link, which is also accessible form the More Info page

Direct Link

  • Direct link provides easy access to be able to create a link which can be shared with others to directly access the job record.'

  • Their access will be decided based upon their user role

Applications

The list below shows candidates who have applied for this position, along with their application status and other relevant details:

 

Managing Candidates

  • Sort: Allows you to sort candidates based on criteria like match percentage, application date, etc.

  • Filter: Use this to filter candidates based on specific attributes or criteria.

  • Stage: Move candidates through different stages such as Inbox, Screening, Interview, Offer, or Hired.

Candidate Actions:

  • Compare: Compare the selected candidate against others in the pool.

  • Review: Provides a overview of the candidate's application.

  • Interview: Schedule an interview or note interview details. If the Interview text is green, users has already been invited to an interview. If the Interview text has an adjacent numeric circular notification, the interview has already taken place and can be accessed using this link.

  • CV: Direct access to view the candidate’s curriculum vitae.

  • Report: Direct access to view the candidate’s accumulated reports.

This overview allows you to effectively manage the candidates for the position, ensuring a smooth recruitment process by tracking each candidate's status and making informed decisions based on their application details.

Candidate Pool

DooWire includes features to identify existing users within the system that would match the requirements outlined in the job description. Their profiles can be reviewed by selecting and clicking on a user.
